This machine is very important for the production of the PP Rolling Mills company. From this reason customer has decided to replace hollow spindle with boring spindle for the new one to achieve better accuracy. This step was first for the general repair of this machine. Second and final step was successfully finished during year 2013.VH services implemented the following scope of works:
- Production of new boring spindle
- Production of new hollow spindle
- Matching boring spindle with hollow spindle
- Install new boring spindle with the hollow spindle into RAM
- Replacing all spindle bearings
- General repair of the tool clamping (new springs, square rod, taper, etc.)
- General repair of clamping units
- Commissioning of the boring spindle as per the Skoda protocol with the deviations for new machine
