This machine was modernized by lining bi-plast material for all sliding surfaces (saddle, taper wedges). During this general repair, customer has changed eletrical equipment by ourselves for new Siemens control system. After finishing this joint project with Isgec, machine was commissioning with the deviations as per Skoda protocol.

- Dismantling of whole machine
- Level of the bed
- Lining Bi-plast material on the saddle of the machine
- Repair and replace all worn-our parts of machine
- Changing of Y-axis lead screw for new one
- Lining Bi-past material on the taper wedges of Z-axis
- Lining Bi-past material on the taper wedges of Y-axis
- Replacing encoder for rotary table
- Level of rotary table
- Reassembly of the machine
- Commissioning of the machine as per the Skoda protocol with the deviations for new machine
