Second step of general repair of this machine was successfully finished during next year after replacing now boring spindle with hollow spindle against old unit.After finishing these both steps, customer have now machine in perfect acccuracy and good health condition.
VH services implemented the following scope of works:
- Dismantling of whole machine
- Level of the bed
- Lining Bi-plast material on the saddle of the machine
- Repair and replace all worn-our parts of machine
- Reassembly of the machine
- Commissioning of the machine as per the Skoda protocol with the deviations for new machine
