New robust control panel with partially covered controls due to its mechanical design. The panel includes PLC Schneider and auxiliary display Magelis.

Auxiliary display basic screen

In the normal operating mode, the display shows the activated coordinate, the desired speed according to the selected gear and the position of the potentiometer, spindle load, required and actual speed according to gear shift and set gear.

The touch screen also provides:
- Potentiometer diagnostics
- Basic mechanical position adjustment of the potentiometer sensor
- Output voltage setting for the selected gear (default is +/- 10 V, can be corrected in the range of 50% to 100%)
- Calibration of the displayed maximum speed for the selected gear

The electrical connection is compatible with the existing machine connection.

There can be two panel designs:
1. Only the panel on the existing hose.
2. Panel, new hose and connection module to the central distribution board in the rack. In this case, the cabling in the hose is reduced to about 4 cables for the panel + measuring cables for indication.

• Hose with terminals, 10 pulleys for the arm, wiring

Any DRO up to approx. Width 300 x 200 height mm can be placed in the panel.
